Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Registered Yoga Instructor with decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga. I’ll meet you where you are in your unique practice and create space for you to achieve your goals. No matter where you are at in your practice allow me to craft a class that is customized for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an existing practice you’ll deepen your asana (movement), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) practice through a customized session with me.

Balanced Being Yoga Weekly Classes

Tuesdays at 8:45 am and Thursdays at 10:30 am

Finding and maintaining balance in the body, the breath, and the mind are at the center of this class.  One of the motor fitness components along with agility and coordination, balance can help with maintaining vitality and functional daily living.  Balancing postures are important to do, but the key to balance is to master transitions and to develop an inside-out approach.  This inside-out approach comes from the body and the mind.  An approachable class suitable for all levels.  Join in to foster your inner Balanced Being.
