The Winter Cleanse focuses on nurturing your kidneys and adrenal glands. You will work towards increasing circulation, enhancing elimination, and boosting your immune system. This program is designed to support your body’s cells and tissue and to energize and soothe your nervous and digestive system.

The Winter Cleanse Menu Plan is free of the most common inflammatory foods including wheat/gluten, corn, soy, dairy, and nightshades (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, and white potatoes. There are plenty of additional recipe and meal ideas and food to eat and avoid list. You have the option to follow the 7-day menu plan exactly or mix-and-match ideas. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well.
