Customized Nutrition Plan
Nutrition sessions are focused on whole foods to support your body. Supplement recommendations may be made based on your goals, symptoms, and labs. You can create a free account with Vitalized Body’s Online Supplement Store that is open to the public, easy to use, and safe. Receive an ongoing 20% off all orders.
Prior to your first nutrition session you’ll fill out a Nutrition Intake Form and Food Journal. While having labs is not necessary, an annual comprehensive lab panel is helpful. This information will be reviewed during your first session and a nutrition plan will be created for based on your needs.
